As an international company in the enclosure industry and a global partner to the electronics market, we offer our customers internationally recognised certification standards. These certification marks confirm that our products meet the relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements and are therefore suitable for use in a wide variety of markets.
UL
Underwriters Laboratories (UL for short) was founded in 1894 and is an independent organisation that tests and certifies products for safety. UL tests products, components, materials and systems to ensure they meet specific requirements. If this is the case, these products are permitted to bear the UL mark, for which a fee is payable, provided they continue to comply with the specified standards. UL has developed more than 1,300 safety standards; a typical standard for electrical goods covers not only electrical safety requirements but also a wide range of aspects relating to flammability and mechanical hazards. To have their product certified by UL, a manufacturer must demonstrate that they comply with the specified safety requirements, the majority of which were developed by UL itself. At the same time, a manufacturer must ensure, through an appropriate system, that every unit of their product also meets the specified safety requirements.

DNV
DNV operates internationally as a classification society specialising in shipping, oil and gas, and renewable energy. Among other things, it offers type approvals, verifications, performance testing services, and certification of all materials, components and systems relevant to the safe operation and quality of a ship.

CSA
CSA is an independent standards organisation based in Canada and has been in existence since 1919. The CSA Group’s expertise and experience encompass the development of standards, training and consultancy services, as well as global product testing and certification across all major business sectors. CSA develops and maintains more than 3,000 standards and regulations relating to safety, design and performance. The CSA Group verifies compliance with standards and guidelines, and carries out EMC testing, radio approvals for over 140 countries and environmental simulations.
