Product description
conFORM is a highly versatile and economic range of RFI/EMI shielded aluminum enclosures with in-built shielding. The design does not require expensive and delicate conductive gaskets – continuous contact is created by means of a patented tooth system which is pre-cast into the lid and base.
The conFORM range is ideal for industrial electronics and controls that require special levels of shielding. The enclosures are water-tight and weather resistant to IP 66. Threaded screw bosses are provided inside for fitting circuit boards, mounting plates, terminal rails etc. Accessories such as mounting plates and cable glands are also available.

Depending on the product, various shielding concepts are also used, such as conductive seals or a special EMC coating. As a result, many of our enclosures are particularly suitable for applications with high electromagnetic compatibility requirements. The lead time depends on the enclosure series selected and the extent of the required finishing. Many standard enclosures are available at short notice. Customised solutions involving machining, labelling or assembly may take slightly longer, depending on the project.

Whether an enclosure is suitable for splash water, temporary submersion or high-pressure or steam jet cleaning depends on the specific protection rating. We would be happy to assist you in selecting the appropriate IP protection class.
