ROLEC offers highly weather-resistant powder coatings (F9) with WIWeB approvals and camouflage finishes for military applications. The premium polyester powder 5936, available in the colours RAL 6031-F9 bronze green, RAL 1039-F9 Sand Beige, RAL 8027-F9 Leather Brown and RAL 9021-F9 Tar Black, offers excellent camouflage in the visible and near-infrared spectral range. These coatings are available in both powder and liquid-applied formulations and meet all Bundeswehr requirements, including the Defence Equipment Standard (VG 95211).

Our enclosures are made from high-strength materials such as aluminium or glass-fibre-reinforced polyester. On request, they can be machined precisely according to customer drawings, for example by drilling, milling, engraving, laser processing, EMC shielding, or bonding of display windows. We can also assemble cable glands, terminals, and other components for you.

Specialised coatings and paint finishes for military applications

For extreme conditions, such as those encountered in the operation of tracked vehicles, ROLEC offers highly weather-resistant powder coatings (F9) with WIWeB approvals. The premium polyester powder 5936, available in the colours RAL 6031-F9 bronze green, RAL 1039-F9 sand beige, RAL 8027-F9 leather brown, and RAL 9021-F9 tar black, provides excellent camouflage properties in the visible and infrared spectral range. Available as both powder coating and wet paint finish, these surfaces meet the strict requirements of the defence equipment standard VG 95211.

In addition, we offer surface finishing options such as screen printing, digital printing, tin plating, chemical nickel plating, and SurTec 650.
